Store Policies
Shipping and Handling:
Items are usually shipped within 7-14 days from the time an order is placed. Our product is custom made to order. All orders within the US will be shipped Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service. If your order needs to be shipped overnight or internationally, please notify us and we will work out the arrangements with you.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are as follows.
- Up to $50.00 = $5.50
- $50.01-$100.00 = $8.50
- $100.01-$200.00 = $10.50
- $200.00 + = $2.00 per $100.00 increment after that
Payments:
We accept most major credit cards. All credit card orders must be processed online using the secure PayPal website. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please email us at info@babybloom.com. We reserve the right to hold shipping until the check has cleared the bank.
Tax:
Baby Bloom is required by law to apply sales tax to all products delivered within the state of Texas.
Return/Exchanges:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged items must be unused. If you or your recipient is not satisfied with the quality or if it is damaged prior to the receipt, it will be replaced. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The exception is if the return is due to damage or poor quality items.
Privacy Policy:
Baby Bloom ensures that we will not share your information with anyone outside the company. Information will be used for shipping purposes, our customer database and occasional promotional emails.

Gift Certificates are available at online at Baby Bloom. Please contact us at info@babybloom.com to obtain a gift copy of your gift certificate.
